Chinese Tour - 11-Day Panoramic Scandinavia: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Iceland (Wed/Sun Departures)

Departing from Hamburg in the morning, we head to the famous fairytale city of Copenhagen. Our first taste of the Nordic scenery and atmosphere, we catch a glimpse of the graceful [Little Mermaid statue] at [Langelinie Park], serene and elegant, yet with a hint of sorrow in her eyes. Afterwards, we visit Denmark's main palace, the classical building – [Amalienborg Palace]. We will check into a hotel in Helsingborg or the surrounding area in the evening.

After breakfast, depart from the hotel to Stockholm and visit the 【VASA Museum】(optional activity), a maritime museum that vividly showcases Sweden's seafaring history and culture. Afterwards, we head to the pier to take a cruise to Helsinki, and spend the night on board.

1. As cruise reservations require accurate guest names, genders, birthdays, and passport numbers, please ensure all information is filled in correctly when booking, otherwise, the reservation cannot be made;
2. Choosing a single room for the entire trip does not include a single cabin on the ship. The default cabin is an interior quad cabin, and it is possible to share a room with people of different genders. If you wish to upgrade your cabin, an additional fee applies. Please refer to the optional activities for prices. If the upgrade does not meet the minimum number of people, a price difference will be charged.

After breakfast on the cruise, we arrive at the Helsinki pier around 10:30 AM and visit [Senate Square]. Afterwards, we relax at [Sibelius Park], and experience the tranquil and profound serenity of [Temppeliaukio Church] (optional activity), a hidden gem in the city. We then observe the bustling crowds at [Market Square] and experience the local Finnish charm. In the evening, we return to the pier, board the cruise again to return to Stockholm, and spend the night on the cruise.

*Choosing a single room for the entire trip does not include a single cabin. Cabins are defaulted to quadruple occupancy, and there may be mixed-gender cabin sharing. If you need to upgrade, an additional fee is required. Please refer to optional activities for pricing. If there are not enough people for an upgrade, a price difference needs to be paid!

After breakfast, we will arrive at the Stockholm harbor around 10:00 AM. Back in Stockholm, we will visit the Stockholm City Hall (optional), located on the shores of Lake Mälaren, which resembles a cruise ship sailing on the sea. We will also visit the Royal Palace of Stockholm and witness the changing of the guard ceremony at noon. The Old Town of Stockholm offers a different experience altogether. Narrow cobblestone streets, accompanied by the rich aroma of coffee, make strolling through the Old Town feel like time has slowed down. You can also enjoy a Stockholm boat tour (optional) from the water. After leaving Stockholm, we will check into a hotel in or around Karlstad.

After breakfast, cross the border to Oslo, the capital of Norway, and begin your Nordic art journey. The first stop is the world-renowned [Vigeland Sculpture Park]. This open-air museum, named after Norway's national treasure sculptor Gustav Vigeland, displays a variety of bronze and granite sculptures that vividly depict the many facets of human life. Afterwards, visit the magnificent [Oslo City Hall], where the exquisite Nordic mythology-themed reliefs and murals inside are breathtaking. Finally, at the medieval fortress [Akershus Fortress] standing by the sea, enjoy panoramic views of the Oslo Fjord while experiencing the rich history of this coastal ancient castle. Overnight stay at a hotel in Oslo.

Today, take your own flight to Iceland. Flights from Oslo to Iceland are self-arranged. The guide will pick you up at Keflavík International Airport at 16:20 to check into the hotel together.

After breakfast, depart from the hotel to embark on Iceland's classic Golden Circle adventure, visiting the site of the former parliament at the boundary of the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. Within the expansive Thingvellir National Park, you'll not only stand on the geological dividing line between two continents but also experience the rich history of the world's oldest parliament. In the active Geyser Basin, watch the bubbling geysers roar and shoot skyward, experiencing the awe-inspiring power of nature. The majestic Gullfoss waterfall, with its rushing water cascading 32 meters, reflects the sunlight, creating a vibrant rainbow, and the misty spray creates a truly enchanting atmosphere. Overnight in a hotel in a small town in southern Iceland. Depending on the weather, arrangements for aurora viewing near the hotel will be made available.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will embark on an exciting journey along Iceland's magnificent southern coastline, visiting two iconic waterfalls—the elegant [Seljalandsfoss], gracefully cascading from a 60-meter high cliff, where you can even walk behind the waterfall for a unique perspective; then we will head to the majestic [Skógafoss], where turbulent waters plunge 25 meters down, often creating stunning rainbows when illuminated by the sun. In the afternoon, we will arrive at the world-renowned [Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach], where basalt columns and crashing waves form a surreal landscape, and the black sand creates a striking visual contrast with the white foam. We will spend the night at a hotel in a town in Southern Iceland. We will notify you about aurora chasing activities near the hotel depending on weather conditions.

***The aurora is a probabilistic natural astronomical wonder, usually occurring late at night in high-latitude regions. It is highly dependent on weather conditions, and there is no guarantee that it will appear.

After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Vatnajökull National Park to visit Iceland's famous glacial lagoon - [Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon], where the water is clear blue, and many large, uniquely shaped icebergs float on the surface. Afterward, visit [Diamond Beach] across from the glacial lagoon, where sparkling, translucent ice chunks resemble dazzling diamonds under the sunlight. Depending on weather and time conditions, you can also opt to participate in the [Blue Ice Cave Exploration] (only available from November to March of the following year; from May to October, it will be replaced by a [Glacier Lagoon Boat Tour]). Starting from Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, take a super jeep to the edge of the glacier to explore Europe's largest glacier, Vatnajökull, and uncover the mysterious ice-blue world beneath the ancient ice cap, witnessing Iceland's most unique and dreamlike winter beauty. Afterward, return to a hotel in an Icelandic town for check-in.

***Blue ice caves are rare natural phenomena formed purely by nature, and can only be observed when winter temperatures drop below zero and the rivers beneath the ice freeze. Different caves with distinct styles form in various locations each year. Depending on conditions and safety at the time, we will selectively visit a natural ice cave during the tour. (Blue ice cave exploration tours require secondary confirmation of availability)

After departing from the hotel, we will take you to explore the charming city of Reykjavik. Stroll around 【Tjörnin Lake】 to enjoy the Nordic scenery of swans playing in the water, then visit 【Parliament Square】 and 【Perlan】, as well as the uniquely shaped 【Hallgrímskirkja Church】 and the modern architectural masterpiece 【Harpa Concert Hall】. In the afternoon, head to 【Blue Lagoon】 (optional activity) to experience the geothermal hot springs and relax in the milky blue waters. Afterwards, return to the hotel. (Usually staying in a hotel near Keflavík International Airport)

After breakfast, depart from the hotel for the Snæfellsnes Peninsula in western Iceland. Often called "Iceland in a Miniature" due to its diverse and unique landscapes, this destination offers a comprehensive view of Iceland's beauty in a single day. First, visit Kirkjufell (also known as the Hat Mountain). As one of the most beloved landmarks on the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, its name is clearly derived from its shape. Next, proceed to Lóndrangar, a sea stack cliff where giant basalt columns stand proudly on the coast, showcasing the breathtaking artistry of Iceland's volcanic rock formations.

After the tour, visit the fairytale-like seaside town of Arnarstapi, where you can enjoy lunch while admiring the stunning scenery. Finally, visit the famous black wooden church of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula – Budakirkja (Black Church). The black church, nestled against the surrounding snow-capped mountains and waterfalls, creates a sense of seclusion. After the tour, return to Reykjavik, concluding the trip.

***Note: This Snæfellsnes Peninsula itinerary is only available to guests who choose to disembark at Harpa Concert Hall parking lot. If you choose to disembark at the hotel on Day 11 or at Keflavik International Airport at 06:00, the Snæfellsnes Peninsula will not be included. Suggested disembarkation time: 19:00.
