4. Customer service communication schedule

After successful payment, customer service will contact you within one business day to confirm the trip details.

5. Pay the remaining balance.

One month before departure, customer service will send you the final payment invoice. Please pay promptly.

6. Establish a service group

Two to three days before departure, your customer service and support staff will create a service WeChat group or WhatsApp group to assist you with a smooth trip.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure
Cancellations made 15-19 days prior to departure will incur a 30% penalty.
Cancellation 8-14 days prior to departure will incur a 50% penalty.
Cancellation 0-7 days prior to departure will incur a 100% penalty.

From Southampton terminal, passengers are transferred to different cruise line terminals.

Upon arrival at London Airport, your driver will pick you up on time according to your flight schedule and transfer you to your hotel in central London (European hotels typically have check-in after 3 pm; if you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage for free). Afterwards, you are free to arrange your own itinerary and easily explore classic London attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Tower Bridge, and the British Museum.

These mysterious stone circles have existed for thousands of years, allowing you to delve into the legends and unsolved mysteries behind them and experience their awe-inspiring power and historical charm. Afterwards, continue to Southampton Marina to prepare for boarding your ship and begin your sea voyage. Your tour is expected to conclude around 2:00 PM.

From Southampton terminal, passengers are transferred to different cruise line terminals.

A driver will pick you up at your flight time and then take you on a tour of London. You don't need to worry about your luggage; after the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel to rest. For a more comprehensive itinerary, you can also travel directly from Heathrow Airport to Windsor Castle (tickets are not included) for a visit, and then return to London for a day trip, experiencing classic British architecture.

Fees include

One night in a 3- or 4-star hotel, double room with breakfast included; if there are 3, 5, or 7 people, one room will be arranged as a family room (1 double bed + 1 folding sofa bed).
2-3 people use a 5-seater sedan, 4-7 people use a 7-9 seater air-conditioned minivan.

Children and teenagers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when making a reservation; they cannot make reservations alone.
If you have children under 12 years old or shorter than 1.35 meters, please inform us in advance so we can prepare a child safety seat.
Children and adults pay the same price.
Exclusive airport pick-up service:1) You can specify the time for the driver to pick you up (90 minutes after flight arrival is recommended). The driver will wait for 30 minutes free of charge.2) Normal airport transfer service hours are between 07:00 and 22:00. If the transfer is outside these hours, an additional fee of £60 per vehicle per trip will be charged.
In the UK, hotel check-in time is generally after 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, please leave your luggage at the front desk.
Tips should be paid in cash in pounds sterling to the driver on the last day of service.
Regarding baggage allowance, each person is limited to one piece of 26-inch luggage weighing less than 23kg + one small carry-on bag.
In the event of major local events, attraction closures, or other force majeure events that cause changes to the itinerary or prevent entry to attractions, adjustments may be made or attractions may be changed to exterior views only. The final arrangements on the day shall prevail.
Regarding the single room supplement, no single room supplement will be charged if a fellow traveler of the same sex is willing to share a room. If no one is available to share a room, solo travelers will need to pay the single room supplement.
The driver does not assist with hotel, cruise ship, or flight check-in services.
