1. What is the booking process?
This product requires manual confirmation. After you complete payment and submit your details, we will verify the hotel, inter-island flights, and tour availability as soon as possible and send a booking confirmation email. Please do not purchase non-refundable air tickets or book other non-cancellable services before receiving official confirmation.
2. Is there a minimum number of participants required to form a group?
This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants and can depart any day. Final availability and arrangements are subject to the booking confirmation email.
3. What information do I need to provide when booking?
Please provide the traveler's name, gender, date of birth, nationality, email address, mobile number, and accurate arrival and departure flight details. Passport or ID numbers are not required at the time of booking, but valid photo identification must be carried for inter-island flights and during the tour.
4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?
For single occupancy, please select "Single Occupancy." This product does not currently offer room-sharing services with other travelers of the same gender.
5. What does the tour fee include?
The tour fee includes 6 days of transportation, 5 nights of hotel accommodation, a professional Chinese-speaking driver-guide, and specified inter-island airfare required for the itinerary. Package B and Package C include hotel breakfast; meal arrangements for other packages are subject to the final confirmation. Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), attraction tickets, optional activities, various service fees, and personal expenses are not included.
6. What is the group size and vehicle type?
Vehicle size will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day, and may include sedans, commercial vans, mini-vans, or tour buses. The itinerary will be serviced by a professional Chinese-speaking driver-guide, and the actual vehicle and personnel arrangements are subject to the tour departure notice.
7. Is Honolulu International Airport pickup provided?
Free pickup from Honolulu International Airport (HNL) is provided on Day 1 from 07:00 to 21:59. This time is when the traveler meets the guide. Only one free pickup service within the specified period is provided per booking.
Paid pickup can be arranged from 05:00 to 06:29; pickup service is not provided from 22:00 to 04:59 the next day. All times are based on Hawaii local time.
8. What time should I book my flight for the last day?
Free drop-off at Honolulu International Airport on Day 6 is from 05:30 to 21:30. We recommend booking flights departing after 08:30 on the same day.
9. Are inter-island flights to Hawaii Big Island and Maui included?
Yes, inter-island flights to Hawaii Big Island and Maui required for the itinerary are included in the tour fee. Flight times and fares may vary depending on the departure date. Final arrangements are subject to booking confirmation and the tour departure notice.
10. What are the baggage restrictions for inter-island flights?
Baggage size, weight, and checked baggage fees for inter-island flights are determined by the actual operating airline. Since regulations may differ, please declare the number of bags when booking and reconfirm baggage allowance and any additional fees after receiving flight details.
11. What hotel packages are available?
This product offers the following hotel packages. Hotels and room types are subject to availability confirmation, and some dates may have peak season surcharges:

- Package B: Waikiki Resort Hotel, includes breakfast
- Package C: Holiday Inn Express, includes breakfast
- Package D: Sheraton Princess Kaiulani

12. How are hotel room types arranged?
Common hotel room types in the United States are one King or Queen size bed, or two Double size beds. Each room typically accommodates 2-4 people, but specific bed types, floors, views, or room locations are not guaranteed.
When three or four people occupy a room, existing beds in the room are usually used, and extra beds are not guaranteed.
13. How is the child price calculated?
Children aged 12 or under are eligible for the child price, but only when they are the 3rd or 4th traveler sharing a room. If a child requires a separate room or does not meet the child price conditions, the corresponding adult occupancy price will apply.
14. Are there any additional fees?
In addition to the basic tour fee, optional activities, tickets, meals, and personal expenses must be paid separately. The specific amount is subject to the latest information at the time of booking. The following service fees must be paid by travelers according to actual arrangements:
- Honolulu Airport pick-up or drop-off: US$5/person/trip
- City sightseeing or island highlights tour: US$5/person
- Hawaii Big Island or Maui one-day tour: US$12/person
- Outer island airport transfer: US$5/person/trip
15. Will the Pearl Harbor tour include entry to the USS Arizona Memorial?
No. The itinerary primarily includes visiting the Pearl Harbor site and viewing the USS Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri battleship from a distance. It does not include boarding the ship or entering the interior of the memorial. Pearl Harbor regulations state that guides are not allowed to give commentary within the park, and visitors are not permitted to bring backpacks or large handbags inside, with the exception of personal wallets.
16. Is it guaranteed to see a volcanic eruption or lava?
No, it cannot be guaranteed. Volcanic activity is a natural phenomenon, influenced by geological activity, weather, safety regulations, and the opening status of the national park. The itinerary includes visiting the crater viewing area, steam vents, lava tube, and volcanic landscape in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, but seeing an active eruption or flowing lava is not guaranteed.

18. Is this tour suitable for travelers with limited mobility?
This itinerary involves multiple inter-island flights, getting in and out of vehicles, and outdoor walking, so travelers need to have basic mobility. Travelers with limited mobility, who require a wheelchair or other assistance, should contact us for confirmation before booking. Some beaches, volcanic sites, and natural spring attractions may not be suitable for wheelchair users.
19. Will the itinerary be adjusted due to weather or flight conditions?
Yes. The guide may adjust the sightseeing order,停留时间 (stopover time), or arrange alternative attractions based on weather, traffic, inter-island flights, attraction opening status, and safety factors. If inter-island flights are delayed or canceled, the relevant itinerary may be adjusted, and the final arrangements are subject to the actual situation on the day.
20. Does this tour have forced shopping?
There are no compulsory spending requirements during the tour, but the city tour will include visits to emerald, black pearl, and red coral shops. Travelers are free to choose whether to make purchases, and all spending is voluntary.
