The first stop on our journey takes us away from the hustle and bustle of London to the magnificentBlenheim Palacein Oxfordshire. This grand palace is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of England's most spectacular aristocratic estates, and it remains the private residence of the Duke of Marlborough's family. It is most famously known as the birthplace of British Prime Minister Winston Churchill. The State Rooms inside the palace are sumptuously decorated, displaying exquisite Boulle furniture, Savonnerie carpets, and the 'Victories' series of tapestries depicting the Duke of Marlborough's defeat of Louis XIV's army at the Battle of Blenheim. You can also stroll through the gardens and over 2000 acres of parkland designed by the famous landscape architect Lancelot "Capability" Brown, admire the serene and magnificent lake views, and visit the romantic spot where Churchill proposed to his wife Clementine, experiencing the profound history and elegance of this legendary estate.

Next, we will enter England's most representative rural area – theCotswolds– heading to the historic market town ofStow-on-the-Wold. Situated on the higher hills of the Cotswolds, the town is famous for its spacious market square, honey-coloured stone houses, and ancient flagstone streets. Once an important hub for the medieval wool trade, it now attracts visitors with its antique shops, independent boutiques, cozy tea rooms, and traditional English pubs. You will have free time to explore at your own pace, soaking in the tranquility and charm of this quintessential Cotswold town.

The final stop on our journey brings us toBampton village, nestled amidst rolling countryside. This charming traditional village is renowned for its limestone cottages, verdant village green, and quiet rural atmosphere. The village's St Mary the Virgin Church and winding lanes perfectly showcase the classic scenery of the English countryside. Bampton is also one of the key filming locations for the popular British drama "Downton Abbey," with many of the village scenes from the series filmed here, allowing fans to relive familiar moments in a real English rural setting, while also offering first-time visitors a serene and authentic Cotswold experience.

The tour will conclude around 7:00 PM outside London Victoria Station.
