Booking instructions

• If you book a child ticket, you must be accompanied by an adult and cannot be booked alone.
• Adult tickets are for 17-59 years old, child tickets are for 3-16 years old, student tickets require a valid student ID card on the day of booking and travel, and senior citizens are 60 years old and above.

• It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure point at least 30 minutes in advance. The car doors will be closed 15 minutes before departure. All trips will depart on time. If tourists do not show up on time, the trip will be treated as "NO SHOW" and no rescheduling or refund will be made.
• The Chinese one-day tour has a minimum group size limit. If the group size is not reached, the following two situations may occur. Please read carefully before making a reservation:
  (1) Chinese and English bilingual groups depart on the same bus.
  (2) If canceled due to failure to make the group, we will notify you in advance. You can choose an English group departing on the same route on the same day / join other Chinese groups that can make the trip / apply for a full refund.
• In the event of changes in the itinerary or inaccessibility of the attractions caused by major local events, closure of attractions or other force majeure, adjustments may be made or the appearance of the attractions may be changed, subject to the final arrangement on the day.
• The order of tours on the day is subject to the arrangement of the driver.
• Due to UK legal restrictions on driver working hours, if your tour returns to London after 7:45pm you will be transferred to Gloucester Road Underground Station instead of Victoria. Your driver will drop you off at a drop-off point, which is a few minutes' walk from Gloucester Road Tube Station. Gloucester Road is located in Zone 1, 3 metro stops from Victoria. The Piccadilly Line is also accessible from Gloucester Road Underground Station, just 5 stops from Piccadilly Circus.

• I purchase a senior/student ticket, do I need to bring a valid ID on the day of the tour?

  To purchase senior or student discount tickets, you need to bring your ID on the day of the tour. Otherwise you may be denied discounted tickets.

• If I'm late, can the bus and tour guide wait for me?

  Can't. The bus will strictly abide by the boarding time. If you do not board the group on time, it will be treated as a "no show" or you will rush to the next attraction to meet the group on your own. Please be sure to arrive at the departure point 15 minutes early and find your group.

• Is Chinese tour guide service a must?

  Usually during the peak tourist season in the UK between May and September every year, Chinese tour guide services are available. In rare cases, it may happen that the minimum number of people is not reached the day before departure. If this happens, we will give you a free refund, or you can choose an English group on the same route or other Chinese tour guide routes that can form a group.

• Are there tour guides at the attractions?

  Tour guides at most attractions will accompany you into the attractions and provide professional explanations. However, Windsor Castle specifically stipulates that guided tours are not allowed inside, so you will need to rent a multi-language audio guide inside.

• Is the boarding point located at Victoria Coach Station?

  No, the boarding location is not at a long-distance station. The boarding location is about a 10-minute walk from the long-distance station. Please check the map.

• Will the tour be dispatched after booking?

  English-speaking tours on this route are guaranteed to depart all year round, but Chinese-speaking tours need to be confirmed twice if they are not in peak season.

• How big is the group?

  This is a bus tour, usually using buses with around 50 seats. One-day tour groups will accept guests until the day before departure, so it is difficult to predict how many members will eventually participate in the group.

• How far in advance do I need to book?

  To avoid disappointment, the sooner the better of course. Especially during the summer vacation.

• Where are the members from?

  With members from all over the world, this is a great opportunity for you to make new friends.

• Can you provide the tour guide or driver’s phone number?

  No, because it involves personal privacy issues. However, we will inform you of the emergency telephone number and your reservation number on the day of departure on the tour notice. If you have a problem you can call the emergency number.

• Can you provide hotel pick-up and drop-off service?

  Because this is a group tour, hotel pick-up and drop-off cannot be provided. However, the group boarding address is in central London and close to the subway station, which is very convenient.

• Why are the pick-up and drop-off locations not at the same address?

  Due to the legal working hours of our drivers, this journey will end within a 2 -3 minute walk of Gloucester Road Tube Station. The station is located in Zone 1, three stops eastbound on the Circle or District Line to Victoria. The Piccadilly Line also runs through Gloucester Road, just 5 stops from Piccadilly Circus.

• Can I choose not to include tickets when booking and buy tickets on-site at the entrance of the attraction?

  Yes, but we do not recommend this if you plan to enter the attraction. First of all, the ticket-included ticket price is a group price, which is cheaper than the price you buy on the spot. Second, because the tour guide will lead the group members to enter directly from the group entrance, if the queue for temporary individual tickets at the door is very long during the peak summer vacation period, you may not have time to join the group. Third, this summer vacation, popular attractions were sold out on the spot. To avoid disappointment, we recommend choosing a ticket-included package when booking.
