4. Customer Service Contact

5. Establish a service group

Two to three days before departure, your customer service and support staff will create a service WeChat group or WhatsApp group to communicate in a timely manner and assist you with a smooth trip.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure

- Cancellations made 15-19 days prior to departure will incur a 30% penalty.

- Cancellations made 8-14 days prior to departure will incur a 50% penalty.

Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to departure will incur a 100% penalty.

In the event of cancellation due to weather, flight changes, personal reasons, or other reasons, the above cancellation terms will apply. We strongly recommend that you purchase personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure to protect your rights.

As one of the world's oldest and most academically renowned universities, Oxford University is famous for its profound humanistic heritage and classical architecture. The itinerary will take you to visit many iconic landmarks, including Christ's College, a famous filming location, the Bodleian Library with its rich collection, and stroll through the streets and riverbanks of Oxford's ancient city, experiencing firsthand the vibrant campus atmosphere and British academic spirit.

In the afternoon, we'll visit Bicester Village, one of Europe's most popular luxury shopping villages. Driver/guide tips: £10/vehicle/day for 5-seater vehicles; £20/vehicle/day for 7-9 seater vehicles.
Driver/guide overtime pay: £50/hour on weekdays, £80/hour on Chinese and British public holidays*. Tips and overtime pay for drivers/guides should be paid in cash in British pounds.

Children and teenagers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when making a reservation; they cannot make reservations alone.
Please inform us in advance if you have children under 12 years old or shorter than 1.35 meters.
All trips will depart on time. If a tourist does not arrive on time, the trip will be treated as a "NO SHOW" and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.
In the event of major local events, attraction closures, or other force majeure events that cause changes to the itinerary or prevent entry to attractions, adjustments may be made or attractions may be changed to exterior views only. The final arrangements on the day shall prevail.
The tour itinerary for the day will be determined by the driver/guide.
