Cancellation Terms

A. Standard Cancellation Terms

1. For bookings made 31 days or more prior to departure (including the 31st day), our company will collect 10% of the amount due on the booking confirmation.

2. 15-30 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will collect 25% of the amount due on the registration order;

3. 8-14 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will collect 55% of the amount due on the registration order;

4. If all vehicle and hotel reservations are confirmed within 7 days prior to departure (including the 7th day), our company will not refund your tour fees.

B. If your visa application materials have already been processed through our company, the cancellation clauses are as follows (if a refusal letter is available):

1. For bookings made more than 31 days prior to departure (including the 31st day), our company will charge a 10% change fee based on the amount due on the booking order;

2. 15-30 days (inclusive) before departure, our company will charge a 25% change fee based on the amount due on the registration order;

3. 8-14 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will charge a change fee of 55% of the amount due on the registration order;

4. If all vehicle and hotel reservations are confirmed 0-7 days prior to departure (including the 7th day), and changes are not possible, our company will not refund your travel fees.

We depart from Hamburg in the morning and head to the renowned fairytale capital, Copenhagen. We'll experience the Nordic landscape for the first time, and admire the Little Mermaid statue in the Harbour Park, its serene elegance tinged with a touch of melancholy. Afterwards, we'll visit Amalienborg Palace, Denmark's main palace and a classic example of modern architecture. We'll stay overnight in Helsingborg or a hotel in the surrounding area.

After breakfast, depart from the hotel for Stockholm to visit the VASA Shipwreck Museum (optional, at your own expense). This maritime museum vividly presents Sweden's maritime history and culture. Afterwards, we will proceed to the pier to board a cruise ship to Helsinki, where we will spend the night.

***Cruise bookings require accurate guest names, genders, dates of birth, and passport numbers. Please ensure these details are provided accurately when registering; otherwise, bookings will not be possible.

The entire trip will be conducted in single rooms, excluding cabin accommodations. The default cabin type is an inside cabin with four people sharing a room. There is a possibility of room sharing between people of opposite sexes. Upgrades will incur an additional fee, but the bed type after the upgrade will still be a four-person cabin. After breakfast on the cruise ship, we will arrive at the Helsinki port around 10:30 AM and visit Cathedral Square. Afterwards, we will relax in Sibelius Park and experience the tranquility and seclusion of the Rock Church (optional, at an extra cost). We will also observe the bustling crowds at the harbor market and experience the local Finnish atmosphere. In the evening, we will return to the port and board the cruise ship again to return to Stockholm for the night.

After breakfast, we will arrive at the Stockholm harbor around 10:00 AM. Back in Stockholm, we will visit the Stockholm City Hall (optional), located on the shores of Lake Mälaren, which resembles a cruise ship sailing on the sea. We will also visit the Royal Palace of Stockholm and witness the changing of the guard ceremony at noon. The Old Town of Stockholm offers a different experience altogether. Narrow cobblestone streets, accompanied by the rich aroma of coffee, make strolling through the Old Town feel like time has slowed down. You can also enjoy a Stockholm boat tour (optional) from the water. After leaving Stockholm, we will check into a hotel in or around Karlstad.

After breakfast, cross the border to Oslo, the capital of Norway, to begin your Nordic art tour. Your first stop is the world-renowned Vieira Sculpture Park, an open-air art museum named after Norwegian national treasure sculptor Gustav Vieira. It displays a variety of bronze and granite sculptures, vividly depicting the myriad aspects of life. Next, visit the magnificent Oslo City Hall, whose exquisite Norse mythology-themed reliefs and murals are truly breathtaking. Finally, at the medieval fortress of Akershus Castle, standing by the sea, enjoy panoramic views of the Oslofjord while experiencing the rich history of this seaside castle. After breakfast, depart from Stavanger for Lysefjord, and climb Pulpit Rock, a filming location for Tom Cruise's "Mission: Impossible 6," to enjoy the magnificent scenery of Lysefjord. Optional: Take a bus to the foot of the mountain and hike up to Pulpit Rock, formed by the melting of frost thousands of years ago (round trip takes approximately 7-8 hours; if you don't want to visit Pulpit Rock, you can choose to spend a day at your leisure in Stavanger). After breakfast, depart from the hotel to Bergen, a port city on the west coast. The city is situated on a turquoise bay, directly connected to the Atlantic Ocean, making it a scenic harbor city. The Fløy Cableway in eastern Bergen can take you to the summit of Fløyen Mountain (320 meters above sea level) in five to eight minutes, providing a thrilling experience. Afterwards, visit the precious ruins of Nordic wooden architecture in the Old Town of Bryggen, and finally, stop at the bustling Seaside Fish Market built along the bay. You can choose to take the Flåm Railway (optional, Flåm-Myrdal, approximately 2 hours round trip) along a magnificent 20-kilometer mountain railway line, enjoying panoramic views of the fjord and mountain scenery. Alternatively, you can take a Sognefjord cruise (optional, Flåm-Gudvangen or vice versa, approximately 2 hours one way) to explore the World Heritage Site of Nærøyfjord (a tributary of the Sognefjord) – hailed by National Geographic as one of the "World's Best Unspoiled Travel Destinations," offering stunning views of cascading waterfalls and mirror-like lakes year-round. After breakfast, we will visit the Bøyabreen Glacier, a branch of the Jostedalsbreen Glacier, the largest glacier on the European continent, which hangs on a steep mountainside. Its highest point is 1700 meters above sea level, with a 1400-meter drop between its highest and lowest points. The year-round snow and ice on the high mountains, under the pressure of gravity, have formed a geological landscape of blue, crystalline ice and snow resembling rivers. Afterwards, we will visit the nearby Glacier Museum, a gray-themed museum whose design fully considers topography, landforms, and seasonal factors, such as the Nordic light, gray stones, and lush forests, harmonizing reality and fantasy to create a classic work of art. Then we will travel to Ålesund, located on three islands in Møre-Romsdal county, Norway, at the entrance to the Geirangerfjord. We will then visit the seaside town of Ålesund and spend the night in a hotel in the fjord town.

After breakfast, depart for a tour of Norway's famous scenic roads: the Atlantic Ocean Road, the Trollstigen (Trollstigen), and the Eagle Road. The Atlantic Ocean Road is a landmark of Norway, winding and rugged with stunning scenery, and was rated by the UK's *Guardian* as one of the world's best coastal scenic roads. The Trollstigen is a scenic road traversing the most winding fjords and mountains in the world, and is considered one of the 12 most dangerous roads in the world. The Eagle Road is close to Geirangerfjord, and the viewpoint at the top of the road offers panoramic views of the Geirangerfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterwards, transfer to a hotel in or near Løm.

Due to road construction on the Eagle Road towards Geirangerfjord, the itinerary is restricted. If the Eagle Road and viewpoint cannot be visited, the Elf Village will be visited instead.

After breakfast, we will travel to Lillehammer, a popular summer and winter sports destination in Norway, and visit the Mehgen Open-Air Museum, one of the largest open-air museums in Northern Europe, much like a time machine. Here, you can embark on a nostalgic journey. This museum, one of the largest open-air museums in Norway, features over 200 houses dating from the 12th century to the present day. The distinctive village architecture and wooden churches are well-preserved, showcasing the complete picture of a Norwegian old town. After the tour, we will proceed directly to Oslo Airport, arriving around 3 PM.

There is no minimum number of participants required for this tour to proceed. All tour dates in the schedule are guaranteed to depart, so please feel free to book.

4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?

- If you wish to stay alone, please select the "Adult (Single Room for the Entire Trip)" option, and we will arrange a single room. Please note that a single room is usually equipped with a single bed (approximately 90cm wide).

5. Can the tour guide pick me up from the hotel?

We apologize, but you will need to make your own way to the meeting point. Since this is a bus tour, to save everyone's time, we have agreed on a location with public transportation for the departure.

6. How large is the group?

We usually use buses with 50 seats or more. However, during the off-season, if there are fewer participants, we may arrange smaller tour buses.

7. If I am traveling alone, can I specify which travel companion I will share a room with?

We will randomly assign same-sex group members to share rooms. If you cannot accept a specific roommate or other special conditions, please do not request a roommate.

8. Can minors join a tour group alone?

We regret to inform you that minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to participate in the tour. We cannot accept bookings for minors traveling alone.

9. Can I join or leave the group midway through the trip?

If you need to join the tour midway or leave early, you will still need to pay the full tour fee (except for multi-location loop tours). Please confirm the feasibility with customer service before booking.

10. How will lunch and dinner be handled?

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. They are usually arranged at attractions, along the way, or at your hotel. You can ask your tour guide for recommendations on dining options and suggestions.

Each guest may bring one piece of luggage weighing no more than 23kg and with the sum of its three dimensions not exceeding 158cm, as well as carry-on luggage. For special requests, please contact customer service.
