Cancellation Terms

A. Standard Cancellation Terms

1. For bookings made 31 days or more prior to departure (including the 31st day), our company will collect 10% of the amount due on the booking confirmation.

2. 15-30 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will collect 25% of the amount due on the registration order;

3. 8-14 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will collect 55% of the amount due on the registration order;

4. If all vehicle and hotel reservations are confirmed within 7 days prior to departure (including the 7th day), our company will not refund your tour fees.

B. If your visa application materials have already been processed through our company, the cancellation clauses are as follows (if a refusal letter is available):

1. For bookings made more than 31 days prior to departure (including the 31st day), our company will charge a 10% change fee based on the amount due on the booking order;

2. 15-30 days (inclusive) before departure, our company will charge a 25% change fee based on the amount due on the booking order;

3. 8-14 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will charge a change fee of 55% of the amount due on the registration order;

4. If all vehicle and hotel reservations are confirmed 0-7 days prior to departure (including the 7th day), and changes are not possible, our company will not refund your travel fees.

If there is no refusal letter, an additional processing fee of £50 will be charged for each visa application.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for a visit to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe. Afterwards, we will head to Toledo, an ancient Spanish town with a history of over two thousand years, to visit the Toledo Cathedral and the Old City of Toledo. We will spend the night in Toledo or a nearby hotel.

Drive to Madrid, the capital of Spain. As Jolin Tsai's song describes, Madrid is incredible. This city boasts ancient civilization, modern art, a blend of ethnicities, vibrant Madridists, and a bustling nightlife. Whether it's the symbol of football or the elegant dance steps of the dancers, the gentle breeze and bright sunshine here can delight you for an entire afternoon of daydreaming. After gathering in the morning, we will travel by car to Tarragona, a port city in southern Catalonia. Tarragona is the most important port city in southern Catalonia and boasts the most Roman ruins in the region. During the Roman Empire, Tarraco was the capital of Hispania Citerior, governing nearly half of the Iberian Peninsula. Ancient Roman city walls, amphitheatres, and circuses are still well-preserved today. Upon arrival, we will visit the Tarragona Cathedral, Roman ruins, city walls, amphitheatre, circus, and other World Heritage sites.

In the afternoon, we will depart for Sitges, the most beautiful seaside town in Catalonia. Sitges is located 37 kilometers south of Barcelona. In this charming town, everything is captivating. A rose-colored church sits on a protruding cape, surrounded by pristine white houses, like a blooming flower. This is an upscale villa area, attracting many wealthy art lovers, who are often surrounded by various artists, hence its reputation as a city of art. Enjoy free sunbathing and explore the coastal town. Afterward, we will return to Barcelona, arriving around 6 PM, concluding the tour.

In the morning, depart from Barcelona for Girona, nestled at the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains. The old town, located on the right bank of the Onyar River, is filled with brightly colored houses, making a visit feel like stepping back into the Middle Ages. The Onyar River flows quietly beside the old town; its shallow waters allow you to clearly see the fish swimming within. The clear waters reflect the colorful houses on the banks, as if someone has built another wondrous world underwater.

After lunch, depart from Girona to Figueres to visit the Dalí Theatre Museum (optional), also known as the "Memory Museum." Dalí himself called it a "surrealist world," constantly surprising visitors with the whimsical imagination of his art. Even from its exterior, the museum's eccentricities are already evident. The top features a huge glass dome, surrounded by numerous eggs, some upright and some upside down, interspersed with hermaphroditic sculptures. The museum houses countless paintings by Dalí from various creative periods, including stunning works such as *The Clock*, *The Vision of Venus*, and *The Metamorphosis of Narcissus*. There is no minimum number of participants for this tour. All planned tour dates are guaranteed to depart, so please book with confidence.

4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?

- If you are willing to share a room with a same-gender tour mate, please select the adult shared room price. We will do our best to arrange a shared room, and if it's ultimately not possible, no additional single supplement will be charged.

- If you prefer to stay alone, please select the adult (single room throughout the tour) option, and we will arrange a single room. Please note that single rooms usually have one single bed (approximately 90cm wide).

5. Can the tour guide pick me up from the hotel?

We apologize, but you need to make your own way to the meeting point. Since this is a coach tour, to save everyone's time, we collectively agree on a central departure point accessible by public transport.

6. What is the size of the tour group?

Typically, we use coaches with 50 seats or more. However, during the off-season, if the number of participants is small, we may arrange smaller tour vehicles.

7. Can solo travelers specify their roommate?

We will randomly arrange same-gender roommates and cannot accommodate specific roommate requests or other special conditions.

8. Can minors join the tour alone?

We apologize, but minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to join the tour. We cannot accept bookings for unaccompanied minors.

9. Can I join mid-tour or leave early?

If you need to join mid-tour or leave early, you will still be required to pay the full tour fee (except for multi-city circular tours). Please confirm the feasibility with customer service before booking.

10. How are lunch and dinner handled?

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. These are usually arranged at attractions, along the way, or at hotels. You can ask your tour guide for recommendations on dining places and advice.

11. Are there any baggage restrictions?

Each traveler may carry one piece of luggage not exceeding 23kg and with dimensions (length + width + height) not exceeding 158cm, plus a small personal bag. For special needs, please contact customer service.

12. Do hotel rooms provide kettles and hair dryers?

Most hotels provide hair dryers and kettles. If you need to use them daily, it is recommended to bring your own.

13. Do hotels provide disposable toiletries and slippers?

To protect the environment, hotels generally do not provide disposable toiletries and slippers. Please bring your own personal toiletries and slippers.

14. Can I smoke in the hotel room or on the coach?

15. Can I use my own electric cooker in the hotel room for cooking?

Please absolutely do not cook in hotel rooms. The heat and smoke will trigger smoke alarms and sprinkler systems, leading to an emergency evacuation of all occupants by the hotel. This could cause you unnecessary financial loss.

16. Can the travel agency purchase personal travel insurance for me?

We cannot purchase personal travel insurance on your behalf. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase suitable personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure, and fill in your personal information correctly, to ensure a safe and worry-free trip.

17. Can credit cards be used during the trip?

Most merchants accept international credit cards. UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other payment methods are not common in Europe. It is recommended to carry an international credit card and also have a small amount of Euro cash for tips, tickets, or personal use. For your safety, please do not carry large amounts of cash.
