After the tour, we will arrange a private transfer to London Heathrow or Gatwick Airport for a smooth connection to your return flight.

This tour is a small group tour for 6-16 people, offering both comfort and value for money, with a Chinese-speaking driver-guide throughout. This ensures a seamless connection between your cruise, transport, and flight arrangements, easily extending your UK trip. If the minimum group size is not met within 30 days before departure, the deposit will be fully refunded, making your booking risk-free and worry-free.

International credit cards are supported (Amex is not currently accepted) and WeChat Pay are accepted.

4. Customer Service Contact

Customer service will contact you 30 days before departure to confirm whether the tour will proceed. If the tour does not proceed, your deposit will be fully refunded.

5. Pay the remaining balance.

Please pay the remaining balance within 24 hours of confirming the group order.Customer service will send you the final payment invoice; please pay promptly.If payment cannot be made on time, the deposit will be forfeited and the spot will not be reserved.

6. Establish a service group

Two to three days before departure, your customer service and support staff will create a service WeChat group or WhatsApp group to communicate in a timely manner and assist you with a smooth trip.

Once the group is confirmed and the balance payment is successful:

Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure
50% of the tour fee will be deducted 15-29 days before departure.
70% of the tour fee will be deducted 8-14 days before departure.
Cancellation is not allowed within 0-7 days before departure.

In the afternoon, we will leave Bath and continue our journey to London. Children and teenagers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult and cannot make separate bookings.
If there are children under 12 years old or under 1.35 meters tall, please inform us in advance so we can prepare a safety seat.
Children and adults pay the same price.
Exclusive airport drop-off service: 1) You can specify the time for the driver to drop you off at the London airport. For Heathrow Airport, drop-off is 4 hours in advance; for Gatwick Airport, drop-off is 5 hours in advance. To avoid extra costs, the pick-up and drop-off driver may be an English-speaking driver, not necessarily a Chinese-speaking driver. 2) Normal pick-up and drop-off service hours are between 07:00-22:00. If the pick-up or drop-off is outside these hours, an additional £60/trip will be charged per vehicle.
Regarding the Southampton pier assembly time, if you use the cruise baggage delivery service, please ensure your luggage arrives at the cruise terminal baggage claim by 10:00. The group will depart from the pier promptly at 10:30. If you fail to assemble at 10:30, in order to respect the valuable time of other group members, you will need to go to the next stop at your own expense to meet the group. We appreciate your understanding.
The general check-in time for hotels in the UK is after 15:00. If you arrive early, please leave your luggage at the front desk.
Please pay tips in British Pound cash to the driver on the first day of service.
Regarding luggage allowance, each person is limited to one piece of luggage under 23kg (26 inches) + 1 small carry-on bag.
In case of major local events, attractions being closed, or other force majeure leading to changes in the itinerary or inability to enter attractions, adjustments may be made, or attractions may be viewed from the outside. The final arrangement for the day will prevail.
Regarding the single room supplement, if there are group members willing to share a room with someone of the same gender, no single room supplement will be charged. If no one is available to share a room, single travelers will need to pay the single room supplement.
Drivers do not assist with hotel, cruise, or flight check-in services.
