1. Age and Health

  • Adult tickets are for ages 16-59, children's tickets are for ages 5-15, student tickets require a valid student ID card on the day of booking and travel, and seniors are 60 years and older.
  • Minors under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult when traveling.

2. Itinerary

  • It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure point at least 30 minutes in advance. The doors will be closed 15 minutes before departure. All tours will depart on time. If a tourist does not arrive on time, the tour will be treated as "NO SHOW" and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.
  • Chinese-language day tours have a minimum group size requirement. If the minimum group size is not reached, the following two situations may occur. Please read carefully before booking:(1) Bilingual tours in Chinese and English will depart on the same bus. (2) If the tour is cancelled due to insufficient participants, we will notify you in advance. You can choose to join an English tour on the same route departing on the same day / join another available Chinese tour / apply for a full refund.
  • In the event of major local events, attraction closures, or other force majeure events that cause changes to the itinerary or prevent entry to attractions, adjustments may be made or attractions may be changed to exterior views only. The final arrangements on the day shall prevail.
  • The tour itinerary for the day will be determined by the driver/guide.
  • Due to UK law restricting driver working hours, if your tour returns to London after 7:45 pm, you will be taken to Gloucester Road Underground Station instead of Victoria. Your driver will drop you off at a stop a few minutes' walk from Gloucester Road Underground Station. Gloucester Road is in Zone 1, 3 stops from Victoria. The Piccadilly Line is also available from Gloucester Road Underground Station, just 5 stops from Piccadilly Circus.

After you pay the tour fee online and fill in your personal information, we will send you a booking confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Once you receive the confirmation email, you can begin booking your transportation to and from the city where the tour will be held, as well as your hotel accommodation.

2. Is there a minimum group size requirement? Is a Chinese-speaking tour guide service guaranteed?

There is no minimum group size for this tour, and all scheduled tour dates are guaranteed to depart, so please book with confidence. Chinese-speaking guide services are usually available during the UK's peak tourist season from May to September. In rare cases, the minimum number of participants may not be reached the day before departure. If this happens, we will offer a free refund, or you can choose an English-language tour of the same itinerary or another Chinese-speaking guide tour that is available.

4. Can the tour guide pick me up from the hotel?

We apologize, but you will need to make your own way to the meeting point. Since this is a bus tour, to save everyone's time, we have agreed on a location with public transportation for the departure.

5. How large is the group?

We usually use buses with 50 seats or more. However, during the off-season, if there are fewer participants, we may arrange smaller tour buses.

6. Are there guided tours inside the attraction?

At most attractions, a guide will accompany you inside and provide professional commentary. However, Windsor Castle has a special rule prohibiting guides from entering, so you will need to rent a multilingual audio guide inside.

7. Can minors join a tour group alone?

We regret to inform you that minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to participate in the tour. We cannot accept bookings for minors traveling alone.

8. Can I join or leave the group midway through the trip?

If you need to join the tour midway or leave early, you will still need to pay the full tour fee (except for multi-location loop tours). Please confirm the feasibility with customer service before booking.

9. How will lunch and dinner be handled?

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. They are usually arranged at attractions, along the way, or at your hotel. You can ask your tour guide for recommendations on dining options and suggestions.

10. What are the restrictions on baggage check-in?

Please understand that luggage is not allowed on this day tour.

11. Am I allowed to smoke in my hotel room or on the bus?

Smoking is prohibited in public places under UK law, including hotel rooms and buses. Please comply with the regulations and strictly prohibit smoking in hotel rooms or buses. If caught, you will be subject to a hefty fine or prosecution.

12. Can the travel agency purchase personal travel insurance for me?

We cannot purchase personal travel insurance for you. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase suitable personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure and fill in your correct personal information to ensure a safe and worry-free trip.

13. Can I use a credit card while traveling?

Most businesses in the UK accept international credit cards. UnionPay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are not commonly used in the UK. It is recommended that you carry an international credit card and a small amount of British pounds in cash for tips, tickets, or other personal expenses. For your safety, please do not carry large amounts of cash.
