Booking process

1. Select date and product

Select the departure date in the calendar, choose the deposit amount for the corresponding number of people, and complete the payment.

2. Fill in contact information

Please accurately fill in the mobile phone number and email address used to receive confirmation letters and tour departure notices.

3. Complete payment

International credit cards are supported (Amex is not currently accepted) and WeChat Pay are accepted.

4. Customer Service Contact

After successful payment, our customer service will contact you within one business day to confirm the itinerary details and whether you need our ticket booking service.

5. Establish a service group

Two to three days before departure, your customer service and support staff will create a service WeChat group or WhatsApp group to communicate in a timely manner and assist you with a smooth trip.
Cancellation Terms

- Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure

- Cancellations made 15-19 days prior to departure will incur a 30% penalty.

- Cancellations made 8-14 days prior to departure will incur a 50% penalty.

Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to departure will incur a 100% penalty.

In the event of cancellation due to weather, flight changes, personal reasons, or other reasons, the above cancellation terms will apply. We strongly recommend that you purchase personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure to protect your rights.

Fees include

  • A comfortable five-seater sedan will be used for groups of three or fewer.
  • 4-6 people using 7-9 seat commercial vehicles
  • 10-hour Chinese-speaking driver/guide service

The fee does not include

  • Lunch and dinner throughout the trip
  • Travel insurance is recommended; please purchase it in advance.
  • Driver/guide tips: £10/vehicle/day for 5-seater vehicles; £20/vehicle/day for 7-9 seater vehicles.
  • Driver/guide overtime pay: £50/hour on weekdays, £80/hour on Chinese and British public holidays*. Tips and overtime pay for drivers/guides should be paid in cash in British pounds.
  • Full-course ticket

  • Please purchase travel insurance in advance.
  • All personal expenses and costs not mentioned in the inclusions.
  • Children and teenagers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when making a reservation; they cannot make reservations alone.
  • Please inform us in advance if you have children under 12 years old or shorter than 1.35 meters.
  • All trips will depart on time. If a tourist does not arrive on time, the trip will be treated as a "NO SHOW" and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.
  • In the event of major local events, attraction closures, or other force majeure events that cause changes to the itinerary or prevent entry to attractions, adjustments may be made or attractions may be changed to exterior views only. The final arrangements on the day shall prevail.
  • The tour itinerary for the day will be determined by the driver/guide.
