Departures every 20-40 minutes, depending on the season. With four excellent Thames piers: Westminster Pier, London Eye Pier, Tower Millennium Pier, and Greenwich Pier, it's easy to reach all major riverside attractions, explore London's sights, and enjoy views from a fresh perspective.

The cruises offer panoramic views, with open upper decks or comfortable, warm indoor salons, and even a coffee bar. Professional captains will tell you about the sights, landmarks, and history, allowing you to discover the city's wonderful stories from a new angle. Our flexible sightseeing tickets can be used for a one-way or round trip from any sightseeing route at any time.

  • Opening hours: Daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:15 PM)

  • Departure frequency:

Departures from Greenwich Pier every 40 minutes, from 10:00 AM to 6:10 PM;
From Westminster Pier, the last departure is at 6:05 PM (no return journey available at this time)

* The journey from one pier to another takes approximately 30 minutes, but only 10 minutes from Westminster Pier to London Eye Pier.
Booking process

2. Fill in contact information

Please fill in the email address you will use to receive confirmation letters and e-tickets accurately.

3. Complete payment

It supports international credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) and WeChat Pay.

4. Obtain group e-tickets

After successful payment, an e-ticket will be sent to your email address within one business day. You can use this ticket to enter directly or exchange it for a physical ticket at the attraction entrance (see e-ticket instructions).
