  • The guided tour schedule is as follows: there are tours every day except for match days, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
  • The stadium tour begins at 10:00 AM and ends at 3:00 PM. The stadium closes at 4:00 PM and the museum closes at 5:00 PM.
  • Please arrive at the Anfield Stadium Tour reception area at least 15 minutes before the event starts . Click on the map.
  • If your tour booking falls on or the day before a Liverpool home game, you will not be able to visit the home and away dressing rooms.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult, and students must present valid identification.
  • All tour activities may be cancelled at short notice (in rare cases, less than 24 hours' notice). In such cases, Liverpool Football Club will endeavor to provide alternative dates and arrange a refund if that is not feasible.
  • You must present your ticket at the reception desk.
  • You will receive your e-ticket via email within one business day after booking.
  • Once a reservation is made, it is non-refundable.
