1. Age and Health:

• Adult tickets are for ages 18-65, children's tickets are for ages 5-12, student tickets require a valid student ID card on the day of booking and travel, and seniors are 66 years and older.

2. Itinerary Arrangement:

• It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure point at least 30 minutes in advance. The doors will close 15 minutes before departure. All tours will depart on time. If a traveler does not arrive on time, the tour will be treated as a "NO SHOW," and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.
• In case of major local events, attraction closures, or other force majeure events causing changes to the itinerary or preventing entry to attractions, adjustments may be made or attractions may be changed to exterior views. The final arrangement on the day will prevail.
• The order of sightseeing on the day will be determined by the driver/guide.
• This tour requires a minimum of 8 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached by 3:00 PM the day before departure, the tour will be cancelled, and a credit limit or voucher will be provided.
• Cancellation of the order will grant a credit limit or transferable voucher, which can be used for future rebooking.
• If you need to cancel within 48 hours before departure, you can try to reschedule to another date, depending on availability.

1. What is the booking process?

Once you have paid the tour fee online and completed your personal information, we will send you a booking confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Upon receiving the confirmation email, you can start booking your transportation to and from the departure city, as well as your hotel accommodation.

2. Is there a minimum number of participants required for the tour? Is the Chinese-speaking guide service guaranteed?

This tour requires a minimum of 8 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met by 3:00 PM the day before departure, the itinerary will be cancelled, and a credit or voucher will be issued.

4. Can the tour guide pick me up from my hotel?

We apologize, but you will need to make your own way to the meeting point. As this is a bus tour, to save everyone's time, we have designated a central meeting point with public transportation access.

5. How large is the tour group?

We typically use coaches with 50 seats or more. However, during the off-season, if the number of participants is small, we may arrange smaller tour vehicles.

6. Will there be a guide explanation within the attractions?

For most attractions, the guide will accompany you and provide professional commentary. However, some attractions have specific rules prohibiting guides from entering, so you will need to rent a multilingual audio guide inside.

7. Can minors join the tour alone?

We apologize, but this itinerary is only open to participants aged 16 and above. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to join the tour. We cannot accept bookings for unaccompanied minors.

8. Can I join mid-tour or leave early?

If you need to join mid-tour or leave early, you will still be required to pay the full tour fare (except for multi-location hop-on/hop-off tours). Please confirm feasibility with customer service before booking.

9. How are lunch and dinner handled?

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. Meals are usually arranged at attractions, along the route, or at hotels. You can ask your guide for recommendations and dining suggestions.

10. Are there any restrictions on checked luggage?

This day tour product does not allow luggage, we appreciate your understanding.

11. Can I smoke on the bus?

According to UK law, smoking is prohibited in public places, including inside the bus. Please comply with regulations; smoking inside the bus is strictly forbidden. Violators may face high fines or prosecution.

12. Can the travel agency purchase personal travel insurance for me?

We cannot purchase personal travel insurance on your behalf. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase suitable personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure and fill in the correct personal information to ensure a safe and worry-free trip.

13. Can I use a credit card during the trip?

Most merchants in the UK accept international credit cards. UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other payment methods are not common in the UK. We recommend carrying an international credit card and a small amount of British Pounds cash for tips, ticket purchases, or personal use. For your safety, please do not carry large amounts of cash.
