2. Itinerary Arrangement

• It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure point at least 30 minutes in advance. The vehicle doors will close 15 minutes before departure, and all tours will depart on time. If a traveler does not show up on time, the tour will be treated as a “NO SHOW,” and no rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
• In the event of major local events, attractions being closed, or other force majeure circumstances leading to changes in the itinerary or inability to enter attractions, adjustments may be made, or attractions may be viewed from the exterior. The final arrangement on the day will prevail.
• The order of visits on the day will be subject to the driver-guide's arrangement.

After you pay for the tour online and fill in your personal information, we will send you a booking confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Once you receive the confirmation email, you can start booking your round-trip transportation to the departure city and hotel accommodation.

2. Is there a minimum number of participants required for a tour? Is the Chinese-speaking guide service guaranteed to run?

There is no minimum number of participants for this tour. All scheduled tour dates are guaranteed to depart, so please book with confidence. In very rare cases, the minimum number of participants might not be met the day before departure. If this happens, we will provide you with a free refund, or you can choose an English tour on the same route or another Chinese-speaking guided tour that is guaranteed to run.

4. Can the tour guide pick me up from my hotel?

We apologize, but you will need to make your own way to the meeting point. As this is a bus tour, to save everyone's time, we will gather at a central location with public transportation.

5. How large is the tour group?

Typically, we use 50-seater or larger coaches. However, during the off-season, if there are fewer participants, we may arrange smaller tour vehicles.

6. Will there be a guide explanation within the attractions?

The guide will accompany you into most attractions and provide professional commentary. However, some attractions specifically prohibit guides from entering, so you will need to rent a multi-language audio guide inside.

7. Can minors join the tour alone?

We apologize, but this itinerary is only open to participants aged 16 and above. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to join the tour. We cannot accept bookings for unaccompanied minors.

8. Can I join mid-tour or leave early?

If you need to join mid-tour or leave early, you will still be required to pay the full tour fee (except for multi-city hop-on hop-off tours). Please confirm feasibility with customer service before booking.

9. How are lunch and dinner handled?

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. They are usually arranged at attractions, en route, or at the hotel. You can ask your guide for recommendations on dining spots and get suggestions for meals.

10. Are there any luggage restrictions?

Please note that luggage cannot be carried on this one-day tour.

11. Can I smoke on the bus?

According to UK law, smoking is prohibited in public places, including inside the coach. Please comply with regulations and strictly refrain from smoking inside the coach. If caught, you will be subject to a high fine or face prosecution.

12. Can the travel agency purchase personal travel insurance for me?

We cannot purchase personal travel insurance on your behalf. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase suitable personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure and fill in correct personal information to ensure a safe and worry-free trip.

13. Can I use a credit card during the trip?

Most merchants in the UK accept international credit cards. UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other payment methods are not common in the UK. We recommend carrying an international credit card and also a small amount of British Pound cash for tips, purchasing tickets, or personal use.
