Cancellation Terms

A. Standard Cancellation Terms

  • Free cancellation and full refund if cancelled 30 days or more before departure.
  • A 10% fee will be charged if the departure date is 16 to 29 days prior to departure.
  • 50% of the total cost will be charged if the departure date is 8 to 15 days prior.
  • 100% of the total fee will be collected if paid within 7 days prior to departure.

B. If your visa application materials have already been processed through our company, the cancellation terms are as follows:

  • A £100 handling fee will be charged if the departure date is 45 days or more prior to departure, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • A 30% fee will be charged if the departure date is 15 to 45 days prior to departure.
  • If a visa is refused within 15 days of the departure date, a £100 processing fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

In the event of cancellation due to weather, flight changes, personal reasons, or other reasons, the above cancellation terms will apply. We strongly recommend that you purchase personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure to protect your rights.

We expect to arrive in the afternoon. Our first stop will be Edinburgh Castle, perched atop an extinct volcano. You'll have the opportunity to witness Scotland's oldest royal crown and jewels, experiencing the weight of history firsthand. Afterwards, we'll stroll along the Royal Walk connecting the castle and Holyrood Palace, passing the ancient town hall and the expansive Royal Park, immersing ourselves in the city's blend of grandeur and romance. As one of the UK's most popular tourist destinations, it boasts stunning scenery in all seasons, attracting countless visitors with its natural wonders—lakes, valleys, mountains, and waterfalls—sculpted by millennia of geological activity. En route, we will visit Gretner Green, Scotland's most famous wedding town, which has witnessed romantic vows from couples around the world since 1754. Upon arrival in the Lake District, you can choose to take a ride on a historic steam train and a boat trip to admire the shimmering beauty of Loch Windermere, or visit the whimsical Peter Rabbit Museum.

Next, the journey will turn to the vibrant city of Manchester. This city is not only home to the renowned football powerhouse Manchester United, but also the industrial heart of England, where fashion trends blend seamlessly with a century of industrial heritage. We will take you on a tour of the distinctive architecture that combines old and new, and visit the football mecca – Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United. In this literary town, you will stroll through the birthplace, school, and chapel of the great writer Shakespeare. The streets, hotels, restaurants, and theaters are all imprinted with cultural traces related to Shakespeare.

After the tour, we will drive back to London. En route, we will pass the popular Bicester Village, which houses over 130 renowned brands, from Gucci and Prada to Burberry and Paul Smith, covering a wide range of categories including clothing, jewelry, home furnishings, and children's wear. The shops in the village are comprehensive, with average prices around 40% of the regular price.   • If you require a double room or a room for three people, please be sure to indicate this in the order notes. Triple rooms are scarce in UK hotels, so we will prioritize families with children. If this is not possible, you will need to provide the names of any guests who can share the room so we can coordinate.

After you pay the tour fee online and fill in your personal information, we will send you a booking confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Once you receive the confirmation email, you can begin booking your transportation to and from the city where the tour will begin, as well as your hotel accommodation. 2-3 days before departure, we will send you the tour guide's contact information and tour departure notice via email.

There is no minimum number of participants required for this tour to proceed. All tour dates in the schedule are guaranteed to depart, so please feel free to book.

4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?

- If you would like to share a room with a same-sex member of the tour group, please select the adult room-sharing price. We will do our best to arrange room sharing, and if room sharing is ultimately not possible, no additional single room supplement will be charged.

- If you wish to stay alone, please select the "Adult (Single Room for the Entire Trip)" option, and we will arrange a single room. Please note that a single room is usually equipped with a single bed (approximately 90cm wide).

5. Can the tour guide pick me up from the hotel?

We apologize, but you will need to make your own way to the meeting point. Since this is a bus tour, to save everyone's time, we have agreed on a location with public transportation for the departure.

6. How large is the group?

We usually use buses with 50 seats or more. However, during the off-season, if there are fewer participants, we may arrange smaller tour buses.

7. If I am traveling alone, can I specify which travel companion I will share a room with?

We will randomly assign same-sex group members to share rooms. If you cannot accept a specific roommate or other special conditions, please do not request a roommate.

8. Can minors join a tour group alone?

We regret to inform you that minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to participate in the tour. We cannot accept bookings for minors traveling alone.

9. Can I join or leave the group midway through the trip?

If you need to join the tour midway or leave early, you will still need to pay the full tour fee (except for multi-location loop tours). Please confirm the feasibility with customer service before booking.

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. They are usually arranged at attractions, along the way, or at your hotel. You can ask your tour guide for recommendations on dining options and suggestions.

Each guest may bring one piece of luggage weighing no more than 23kg and with the sum of its three dimensions not exceeding 158cm, as well as a small carry-on bag. For special requests, please contact customer service.

Most UK hotels provide hairdryers and kettles. If you absolutely need to use them every day, it's recommended that you bring your own.
