Cancellation Terms

A. Standard Cancellation Terms

  • Free cancellation/free rescheduling/transfer to another tour if booked 30 days or more prior to departure.
  • 29–16 days prior to departure, a 5% handling fee will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded.
  • A 35% deduction will be applied if the tour fee is paid 15–9 days prior to departure.
  • If the tour is scheduled to take place 8–6 days prior to departure, 55% of the total tour fee will be deducted.
  • If the departure date is within 5 days, 100% of the total tour fee will be deducted.

B. If your visa application materials have already been processed through our company, the cancellation terms are as follows:

  • A £100 handling fee will be charged if the departure date is 45 days or more prior to departure, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • A 30% fee will be charged if the departure date is 15 to 45 days prior to departure.
  • If a visa is refused within 15 days of the departure date, a £100 processing fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

In the event of cancellation due to weather, flight changes, personal reasons, or other reasons, the above cancellation terms will apply. We strongly recommend that you purchase personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure to protect your rights.

2. Child Policy

  • 2 adults can bring 1 child aged 3-6 who does not require a bed.
  • 1 adult traveling with 1 child will be charged the adult rate for the child.
  • Children of any age who require a bed will be charged the adult rate.

3. Room Type Arrangement

  • Twin rooms are arranged by default.
  • If you require a double room or triple occupancy, please specify this in the order remarks. Triple rooms are scarce in UK hotels, and we prioritize families with children. If unavailable, you will need to provide the names of guests willing to share a room for coordination.
  • For single travelers, if the guest is willing to accept a shared room arranged by our company, no fees will be charged, whether or not a shared room is successfully arranged. Once the guest agrees to the arrangement, no objections or last-minute changes will be allowed.
  • Please note that shared rooms are only applicable for hotel accommodation during the tour. A single room supplement of £80 per person per night applies. Shared rooms cannot be arranged for accommodation before or after the tour.
  • If a guest in a shared room decides to opt out of sharing after the tour has started, a charge of £160 per night will apply. Due to limited hotel availability, changes made close to or after departure may result in an inability to accommodate room changes. Please plan accordingly.

4. Room Types and Facilities

  • Single Room: One single bed (approx. 80-100cm wide)
  • Twin Room: Two single beds (approx. 80-100cm wide)
  • Double Room: One double bed (approx. 140-160cm wide)
  • Family Room: One double bed + one sofa bed/folding bed. Please note: UK standard hotel rooms rarely have three single beds.

  • Hotel ratings refer to globally renowned booking websites (e.g., Booking.com).
  • In-room amenities: Kettle, hairdryer, shower gel, Wi-Fi (mostly free).
  • Bring your own: Toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers.
  • Important regulation: Hotels are completely non-smoking. Violators will face heavy fines.

6. Additional Hotel Booking Before/After Tour

  • A 4-star hotel in/near London before/after the tour: Double room £200/night (including breakfast), single room £180/night (including breakfast).
  • Only available for one night before or on the day of departure. Cannot be extended. Not applicable for shared rooms. Hotels are generally located on the outskirts of the city or in the suburbs; may not be available during holidays or major events. Subject to actual availability at the time of booking.

Once you complete the online payment and fill in your personal details, we will send you a booking confirmation email within 1–2 working days. After receiving the confirmation, you may proceed to arrange your transportation and accommodation to the departure city.2–3 days before departure, we will send you the tour notice and your guide’s contact details by email.

2. Is there a minimum number of participants required?

No. There is no minimum group size requirement. All scheduled departures are guaranteed to run, so you can book with confidence.

4. How is the price calculated for solo travellers?

  • If you are willing to share a room with another same-gender traveller, please select the shared room option. We will do our best to arrange a roommate. If sharing is not possible, no single supplement will be charged.
  • If you prefer a private room, please select the single room option. Please note that single rooms usually come with a single bed (approx. 90cm wide).
  • Room sharing is arranged randomly with a same-gender traveller. Differences in age, habits (e.g. snoring, sleeping patterns, sensitivity to light/noise/temperature) may occur. If this is a concern, we recommend booking a single room. We are not responsible for any issues arising from shared accommodation.

5. Do you provide pre- or post-tour hotel arrangements?

Yes, we can arrange one night before or after the tour:

  • Double room: £200 per night (including breakfast)
  • Single room: £180 per night (including breakfast)

6. Are there any restrictions for pre/post-tour hotels?

Pre/post-tour hotel stays are limited to one night before or after the tour only and cannot be extended. Room sharing is not available for these nights. Hotels are usually located in suburban or outer city areas. During peak seasons or major events, availability may be limited.

7. Can the guide pick me up from my hotel?

Unfortunately, no. You will need to make your own way to the designated meeting point. As this is a coach tour, all participants will gather at a central location accessible by public transport.

8. What is the group size?

We usually operate with coaches of 50 seats or more. During low season, smaller vehicles may be used depending on the number of participants.

9. Can I choose my roommate?

Room sharing is arranged randomly with a same-gender traveller. We are unable to accommodate specific roommate requests.

10. Can minors travel alone?

No. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult. We do not accept bookings for unaccompanied minors.

11. Can I join or leave the tour midway?

Yes. You may join the tour at designated cities:

  • Tuesday: Manchester
  • Wednesday: Glasgow
  • Thursday: Edinburgh

The cost will be calculated at £112 per day based on the number of days you join.Please contact our team in advance to confirm availability and arrangements.

12. How are meals arranged?

Lunch and dinner are not included. Meals are usually arranged at attractions, during transit, or near hotels. The guide will be happy to recommend dining options.

13. What is the luggage allowance?

Each traveller may bring:

  • One suitcase (max. 23kg, total dimensions within 158cm)
  • One small carry-on bag

14. Do hotel rooms provide kettles and hairdryers?

Most UK hotels provide both. If you require them daily, we recommend bringing your own.

15. Are toiletries and slippers provided?

To support environmental policies, UK hotels generally do not provide disposable toiletries or slippers. Please bring your own.

16. Can I smoke in hotel rooms or on the coach?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in public areas in the UK, including hotel rooms and coaches. Violations may result in fines or legal action.

17. Can I cook in hotel rooms using electric appliances?

No. Cooking in hotel rooms is strictly prohibited. Steam or smoke may trigger fire alarms and sprinkler systems, causing evacuation and potential financial penalties.

18. Can the travel agency purchase travel insurance for me?

No. We are unable to purchase insurance on your behalf. We strongly recommend that you arrange your own travel insurance in your country of residence before departure.

19. Can I use credit cards during the trip?

Most businesses in the UK accept international credit cards. However, UnionPay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are not widely accepted.

We recommend carrying a credit card along with a small amount of GBP cash for tips, tickets, and small purchases. For safety reasons, please avoid carrying large amounts of cash.

20. Is there any compulsory shopping?

No. Compulsory shopping tours are illegal in the UK. This is a pure sightseeing tour, with no forced shopping stops.
