Cancellation Terms

A. Standard Cancellation Terms

  • Free cancellation and full refund if cancelled 30 days or more before departure.
  • A 10% fee will be charged if the departure date is 16 to 29 days prior to departure.
  • 50% of the total cost will be charged if the departure date is 8 to 15 days prior.
  • 100% of the total fee will be collected if paid within 7 days prior to departure.

B. If your visa application materials have already been processed through our company, the cancellation terms are as follows:

  • A £100 handling fee will be charged if the departure date is 45 days or more prior to departure, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • A 30% fee will be charged if the departure date is 15 to 45 days prior to departure.
  • If a visa is refused within 15 days of the departure date, a £100 processing fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

In the event of cancellation due to weather, flight changes, personal reasons, or other reasons, the above cancellation terms will apply. We strongly recommend that you purchase personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure to protect your rights.

  • Minors under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult when traveling.
  • Seniors aged 70 and above are required to sign the "Senior Health Declaration" before the tour.

  • Two adults can bring one child aged 3-6 who does not occupy a bed.
  • One adult can bring one child, and the child will be charged the adult rate.
  • Children of any age who require a bed will be charged the adult price.

3. Room type arrangement

  • Twin rooms are arranged by default.
  • If you require a double room or a room for three people, please be sure to indicate this in the order notes. Triple rooms are scarce in European hotels, so we will prioritize families with children. If this is not possible, you will need to provide the names of the guests who can share the room so we can coordinate.

  • Single room: One single bed (approximately 80-100cm wide)
  • Twin room: Two single beds (approximately 80-100cm wide)
  • King Room: One double bed (approximately 140-160cm wide)

No minimum group size is required. All scheduled departures are guaranteed to run.

4. I am travelling alone. How is the pricing arranged?


  • If you are willing to share a room with a same-gender traveler, please select the “shared room” option. We will try to arrange a roommate. If no match is available, no single supplement will be charged.

  • If you prefer a private room, please select the “single room” option. Single rooms typically include one single bed (approx. 90cm wide).

5. Can the guide pick me up from my hotel?

No. You are required to make your own way to the designated meeting point. This ensures efficiency for the entire group.

6. What is the group size?

We usually operate with a coach of 50 seats or more. During low season, a smaller vehicle may be arranged depending on group size.

7. Can I choose my roommate?

Room sharing is arranged randomly with a same-gender traveler. Specific roommate requests cannot be guaranteed.

8. Can minors travel alone?

No. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult.

9. Can I join or leave the tour midway?

If you join or leave the tour midway, the full tour price still applies (except for loop tours with flexible join/leave options). Please confirm with us before booking.

10. How are meals arranged?

Lunch and dinner are not included. Meals are usually arranged at attractions, along the route, or near hotels. Your guide can provide recommendations.

11. What is the luggage allowance?

Each passenger may bring one suitcase (max. 23kg, total dimensions within 158cm) and one small carry-on bag. Please contact us in advance for special requirements.

12. Do hotel rooms provide kettles and hairdryers?

Most hotels in the UK and Europe provide hairdryers and kettles. If essential, we recommend bringing your own.

13. Are toiletries and slippers provided?

Due to environmental policies, most hotels do not provide disposable toiletries or slippers. Please bring your own.

14. Is smoking allowed in hotels or on the coach?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in public areas, including hotel rooms and coaches. Violations may result in fines or legal action.
