  • Adult tickets are for ages 17-59, children's tickets are for ages 3-16, and student tickets require a valid student ID card on the day of booking and travel.

  • It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure point at least 30 minutes in advance. The doors will be closed 15 minutes before departure. All tours will depart on time. If a tourist does not arrive on time, the tour will be treated as "NO SHOW" and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.
  • This tour is unguided, and you will spend approximately 6 hours in the shopping village.

This tour is a shopping transfer service and does not include guided tours at attractions. Upon arrival at Bicester Village, you will have free time to arrange your own shopping, dining, and rest activities according to your preferences.

The tour includes a comfortable bus transfer between central London and Bicester Village, with complimentary Wi-Fi and USB charging available on board, and onboard staff to assist you. Each passenger will also receive a complimentary electronic VIP discount code for additional discounts at participating brand stores; actual discounts are subject to store announcements on the day.

3. How long can I stay at Bicester Village?

The vehicles are expected to arrive at Bicester Village around 1 a.m., giving passengers approximately 5.5 hours of free time to shop, dine, or relax within the park. The return trip will begin with a group meeting to return to London.

4. Are there any age restrictions or child policies?

This tour is for adults aged 17 and above; children aged 3–16 can register to participate, but must be accompanied by at least one adult; infants aged 0–2 can participate for free, but if a seat is required, the relevant arrangements will be subject to the actual situation on the day.

5. What if I need to cancel or change my trip?

Cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours before departure will receive a full refund or free rescheduling; cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will incur a 100% fee. Thank you for your understanding.
