30 days or more before departure: Free cancellation, full refund.
16 to 29 days before departure: 10% of the total cost will be charged.
8 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost will be charged.

B. If the visa application was processed through our company, the cancellation policy is as follows:

45 days or more before departure: A £100 administrative fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
15 to 45 days before departure: 30% of the total cost will be charged.
Within 15 days before departure: If cancellation is due to visa rejection, a £100 administrative fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

In the morning, we will depart for the most characteristic windmill village in the suburbs, visiting the windmills that symbolize Holland, a traditional clog factory, and a cheese factory, where you will learn about the production process of clogs and cheese. After lunch, we will tour the famous sights of Amsterdam, including Dam Square, the Royal Palace, and the National Monument. Then, we will take a glass-topped canal boat to cruise through the canals, admiring the scenery along both banks that evokes the 17th century. 2. Is there a minimum number of participants required for the tour to proceed?

There is no minimum number of participants for this tour. All scheduled departure dates are guaranteed, so please book with confidence.

3. What personal information is required for booking?

4. Can the tour guide pick me up from my hotel?

Unfortunately, you will need to make your own way to the meeting point. As this is a coach tour, to save everyone's time, we will gather at a central location with public transport access.

5. How large is the tour group?

We typically use coaches with 50 seats or more. However, during off-peak seasons, if the number of participants is smaller, we may arrange a smaller vehicle.

6. Can minors join the tour alone?

Unfortunately, minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to join the tour. We cannot accept bookings for unaccompanied minors.

7. Can I join mid-tour or leave early?

If you need to join mid-tour or leave early, you will still be required to pay the full tour fee. Please confirm the feasibility with customer service before booking.

8. How are lunch and dinner handled?

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. Meals are usually arranged at attractions, along the way, or at the hotel. You can ask your tour guide for recommendations on dining locations and suggestions.

9. Are there any restrictions on checked luggage?

Each traveler can carry one piece of luggage not exceeding 23kg and with dimensions not exceeding 158cm (sum of three sides), plus a small personal bag. For any special requirements, please contact customer service.

10. Can I smoke on the coach?

According to UK and European laws, smoking is prohibited in public places, including hotel rooms and inside coaches. Please comply with regulations and strictly refrain from smoking in hotel rooms or coaches. If caught, you may face high fines or prosecution.

11. Can the travel agency purchase personal travel insurance for me?

We cannot purchase personal travel insurance on your behalf. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase suitable personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure and fill in accurate personal information to ensure a safe and worry-free trip.

12. Can I use credit cards during the trip?

Most merchants in the UK and Europe accept international credit cards. Payment methods such as UnionPay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are not common in the UK. We recommend carrying an international credit card and also a small amount of British Pounds cash for tips, purchasing tickets, or personal expenses. For your safety, please do not carry large amounts of cash.
