1. What is the booking process?
After paying the tour fee online and providing passenger details, we will verify the booking and send a confirmation email within 1–2 working days. Once you receive the official confirmation, you may arrange your travel to Rome and departure from Paris, as well as pre- and post-tour accommodation. 2–3 days before departure, we will send the final tour notification and the driver-guide's contact information via email.
2. Is there a minimum number of participants required to form a group?
This tour departs every Saturday from November 2026 to April 2027. A minimum of 2 people is required to form a group, with a maximum of 6 people per group. Solo travelers may also sign up, but departure is only guaranteed once the minimum requirement of 2 people is met.
3. What personal information is required for booking?
Please provide the name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and passport details for each passenger, as well as a contact email and phone number. Some attractions, such as the Colosseum, may require booking with a real name; please ensure the personal information provided matches your travel documents.
4. Can I be picked up from my hotel?
By default, this tour meets at 09:00 AM on the day of departure outside the Gusto Massimo Bar Bistrò near the Colosseum. This is a small group tour of 2–6 people with a Chinese-speaking driver-guide. A 5-seater sedan is provided for 1–2 passengers, and a 7–9 seater Mercedes-Benz business van for 3–6 passengers.
Services are provided by professional Chinese-speaking driver-guides; different driver-guides will assist with the Italy-Switzerland leg and the Paris leg. There is also no driver-guide accompaniment during certain train journeys and the ascent of Mt. Titlis.
6. Can children join the tour? How is the pricing structured?
Children are welcome to join. Children aged 2–6 sharing a room with two adults without occupying a separate bed are eligible for the child rate, limited to one child per room. If the child requires an individual bed, or if one adult and one child are sharing a room, the adult rate applies.
7. Is it possible to join or leave the tour mid-way?
If you need to join or leave the tour mid-way, please contact customer service before booking to confirm feasibility. Refunds are generally not provided for unused accommodation, transport, tickets, or scheduled activities due to personal reasons.

9. Are there restrictions on luggage?
Each passenger may carry one piece of vehicle luggage not exceeding 25 kg, with the sum of its length, width, and height not exceeding 158 cm, plus one small piece of hand luggage. 15. Can I use a credit card during the trip?
Most hotels, restaurants, and shops in Italy, Switzerland, and France accept credit cards, but small-town shops, markets, and small purchases may require cash.
