The museum is divided into four wings (East, South, West, North), exhibiting works in chronological order. The High Renaissance showcases Italian and German paintings. Works from the 1600s to 1700s include Dutch, Italian, French, and Spanish art.

Private tour explanation

- Maximum 35 people/group. If the number exceeds, it will be divided into 2 groups for explanation.

- 2-hour private tour explanation: £15/person, minimum £250/group, capped at £480/group

- 3-hour private tour explanation: £20/person, minimum £330/group, capped at £640/group

Booking process

1. Select date and time period

2. Fill in contact information

Please fill in the email address you will use to receive confirmation letters and e-tickets accurately.

3. Complete payment

It supports international credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) and WeChat Pay.

4. Obtain group e-tickets

After successful payment, an e-ticket will be sent to your email address within one business day. You can use this ticket to meet at the designated location.

5. Establish a service group

One day before your departure date, your customer service and support staff will create a service WeChat group to communicate in a timely manner and assist you with a smooth trip.

If you have any questions, we will contact you 2-3 business days before departure.

Cancellation Terms

- Free cancellation up to 1 day prior to departure (8 am UK time).

Cancellation is not permitted within one day (inclusive) of the departure date.

If you are more than 15 minutes late on the day of your trip, we will consider it as an automatic cancellation of the trip and no refund will be given.

  • The date selected during booking is the actual tour date. Please arrive on time as specified in your confirmation.
  • After successful booking and payment, your order will be processed within 1 business day. The e-ticket will be sent directly to your email address upon successful booking.
  • A minimum of 5 participants is required for a group tour with a guide.
  • The museum is closed on December 24/25/26 and January 1. Otherwise, it is open daily from 10:00 to 17:30.
  • Private tours can be booked on any date except for the museum's closing days. A WeChat group will be created the evening before your trip for communication.
