Attraction opening and closing times

London Eye: Open daily from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closing times: December 25th/31st, and annual maintenance in January each year.

SEA LIFE London Aquarium: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (last admission at 5:45 PM).
Open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM from September to December (closes earlier on December 24th and 31st).
Closure time: December 25th

Madame Tussauds Wax Museum: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (last admission at 3:00 PM).
Closure time: December 25th

DreamWorks Tour: Shrek's Adventure: Open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except Thursdays, when opening hours are 11 a.m.)
Closure time: December 25th

London Dungeons: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (last admission at 4:45 PM).

Booking process

1. Select date and time period

Select your departure date and time period in the calendar, and add your desired products to your shopping cart.

2. Fill in contact information

Please fill in the email address you will use to receive confirmation letters and e-tickets accurately.

3. Complete payment

It supports international credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) and WeChat Pay.

4. Obtain online process instructions

After successful payment, an e-ticket and simple online instructions will be sent to your email address within one business day, guiding you on how to confirm your visit dates for the other attractions. Please remember that you have 90 days from the date you select the date to visit your first attraction to visit all of them.

London Dungeons:Immerse yourself in the horrors of London's history. This fully interactive experience will take you back to some of the deadliest moments in the capital's history, including the Great Fire of London and the days when Jack the Ripper lurked in the streets. If you're brave enough, you can approach the devilish barber on Fleet Street, but be smart enough that he'll make you sit in a chair and prepare to chop off your hands!

Shrek's DreamWorks Adventure:Embark on a lively and chaotic journey to a faraway land, Shrek's Adventures is a whimsical adventure that will delight the whole family. Meet some of your favorite Shrek characters, including Princess Fiona, Sleeping Beauty, Puss in Boots, and Pinocchio, all with live actors, 4D animation, and special effects. Enjoy laughter and fun throughout 10 fairytale-themed episodes as the story unfolds.

  • Partial refunds are not available unless the ticket has never been used and cancellation is notified 48 hours in advance.
  • Re-entry is not permitted at the attraction.
  • The London Eye is busiest between 12 pm and 3 pm, so we recommend visiting at different times. To watch the 4D experience, please join the queue 45 minutes before your booked time.
  • Madame Tussauds London will not accept guests with suitcases.
  • Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to enter the attraction unless accompanied by an adult.
  • Madame Tussauds is busiest between 12 pm and 3 pm, so it is recommended to visit at different times.
  • Sea Life London Aquarium: No eating or drinking allowed.
  • Package 1: London Eye, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, and SEA LIFE. The first attraction visited is the London Eye.
  • Package Two: London Dungeons, Marine Life Aquarium, and Madame Tussauds. The first attraction in this package tour is the London Dungeons.
  • Package Three: All five major attractions, the first of which is Madame Tussauds.
  • Please leave a message when booking indicating your desired entry time slot. Each hour is a separate entry time slot, and we will reserve any entry time within that slot.
