Reservation policy
- Partial refunds are not allowed only if the ticket has never been used and is canceled with 72 hours notice in advance.
- Secondary entry to the attraction is not allowed.
- The London Eye's busiest times are between 12pm and 3pm, so it's recommended that you visit at different times. To view the 4D experience, please join the 4D experience admission queue 45 minutes before your reservation time.
- Madame Tussauds London will not accept guests with suitcases.
- Children under 15 years old are not allowed on the attraction unless accompanied by an adult.
- Madame Tussauds' busiest times are between 12pm and 3pm, so visiting at different times is recommended.
- SEA LIFE London Aquarium does not allow eating or drinking.
- The first attraction in package one is the London Eye, the first attraction in package two is the London Dungeon, and the first attraction in package three is Madame Tussauds. Please leave a note when booking to indicate the time slot you wish to enter. There is an entry time period every hour, and we will reserve any entry time within this time period.
