The fee does not include

  • This tour has a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour will be canceled, and we will notify you 3 days prior to the tour.
  • Children and teenagers under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult and cannot make separate bookings.
  • Each adult can bring one child aged 0-4 for free.
  • It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes in advance. All tours will depart on time. If a traveler does not show up on time, the tour will be treated as a “NO SHOW”, and no rescheduling or refunds will be processed.
  • Attractions not marked with “entry” will not be entered for visits. The sightseeing order of the day will be determined by the guide.
  • In case of major local events, attractions being closed, or other force majeure events that cause changes to the tour itinerary or prevent entry to attractions, adjustments may be made, or attractions may be viewed from the outside, subject to the final arrangements on the day of the tour.
