A. Standard Cancellation Terms

1. For bookings made 31 days or more prior to departure (including the 31st day), our company will collect 10% of the amount due on the booking confirmation.

2. 15-30 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will collect 25% of the amount due on the registration order;

3. 8-14 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will collect 55% of the amount due on the registration order;

4. If all vehicle and hotel reservations are confirmed within 7 days prior to departure (including the 7th day), our company will not refund your tour fees.

B. If your visa application materials have already been processed through our company, the cancellation clauses are as follows (if a refusal letter is available):

1. For bookings made more than 31 days prior to departure (including the 31st day), our company will charge a 10% change fee based on the amount due on the booking order;

2. 15-30 days (inclusive) before departure, our company will charge a 25% change fee based on the amount due on the booking order;

3. 8-14 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will charge a change fee of 55% of the amount due on the registration order;

4. If all vehicle and hotel reservations are confirmed 0-7 days prior to departure (including the 7th day), and changes are not possible, our company will not refund your travel fees.

If there is no refusal letter, an additional processing fee of £50 will be charged for each visa application.

Enjoy the captivating scenery of Santorini today. Visit the Black Beach, a unique black sand beach created by Santorini's volcanic geology. Here, the sand and water are both black. Formed from volcanic ash deposited after eruptions, this long stretch of black sand beach is a popular resort beach on the east side of Santorini.

Enjoy free time in the town of Fira. Stroll through Fira, lined with restaurants, bars, and various shops. Walk to the blue-domed church, or choose a sun-drenched café to enjoy the sea breeze and fairytale-like scenery.

Optional excursion:

① 5-hour yacht cruise (including meal) (optional). Take a yacht cruise, passing red and white sand beaches. No one can resist the coral reefs and crystal-clear waters. Visit the unique black rock formations naturally formed after a volcanic eruption, known locally as the "Face of the Indians." After passing the "Venice Lighthouse," the yacht will sail to the natural hot springs of NEA KAMENI volcano and stop in the calm bay for swimming, fishing, and dining. Onboard, in addition to sightseeing, there are free-flowing drinks, a local seafood barbecue feast, and onboard cooking. Free snorkeling and fishing equipment are also available. Enjoy the lively atmosphere and magnificent scenery of the Aegean Sea – a truly unforgettable experience.

②【Active Volcano】(Optional Excursion) Join a local active volcano tour, taking a boat to the volcano. Upon arrival, climb the volcano to see the smoking crater and even jump into the natural hot springs in the volcanic waters. Finally, return to the old pier. (Notes for volcano tour participants: We recommend bringing towels and wearing swimwear, as there are no changing rooms on the boat; non-swimmers should remain on the boat to enjoy the scenery and should not jump into the hot springs; please do not wear flip-flops as the volcanic rocks on the island are hot and uncomfortable; the island is hot and there are no shops, so please bring bottled water.)

Due to uncertainties regarding boat schedules, sea conditions, and availability, the tour guide will coordinate based on the actual situation on the day. Two adults can bring one child aged 3-6 who does not occupy a bed.
Children under 6 years old can enjoy a 35% discount if they do not occupy a bed and stay in a double room with two parents.
If one adult brings one child, the child will be charged at the adult rate.
Children of any age who require a bed will be charged at the adult rate.

3. Room Type Arrangement

Twin rooms are arranged by default.
If you require a double room or three people to share a room, please make sure to specify this in the order notes. Triple rooms in hotels are scarce, and we will prioritize families with children. If it cannot be arranged, you will need to provide the names of travelers who can share a room for coordination.

Single room: One single bed (approx. 80-100cm wide)
Twin room: Two single beds (approx. 80-100cm wide)
Double room: One double bed (approx. 140-160cm wide)
Family room: One double bed + one sofa bed/folding bed. Please note: European hotel standard rooms rarely come with three single beds.

Hotel ratings refer to globally renowned booking websites (e.g., Booking.com).
Room amenities include: kettle, hairdryer, shower gel, Wi-Fi (mostly free).
You need to bring: toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers.
Important regulation: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Violators will face hefty fines.

After you pay for the tour online and complete your personal information, we will send you a booking confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Upon receiving the confirmation email, you can proceed to book your round-trip transportation to the departure city and hotel accommodation. 2-3 days before departure, we will send you the tour guide's contact information and a tour notice via email.

2. Is there a minimum number of participants required for the tour to proceed?

There is no minimum number of participants for this tour. All planned tour dates are guaranteed to depart, so please book with confidence.

3. What personal information is required for booking?

Please provide the following personal information: Name / Gender / Date of Birth / Nationality / Passport / Email / Phone Number

4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?

- If you are willing to share a room with a same-gender tour mate, please select the adult shared room price. We will do our best to arrange a shared room, and if it's ultimately not possible, no additional single supplement will be charged.

- If you prefer to stay alone, please select the adult (single room throughout the tour) option, and we will arrange a single room. Please note that single rooms usually have one single bed (approximately 90cm wide).

5. Can the tour guide pick me up from the hotel?

We apologize, but you need to make your own way to the meeting point. Since this is a coach tour, to save everyone's time, we collectively agree on a central departure point accessible by public transport.

6. What is the size of the tour group?

Typically, we use coaches with 50 seats or more. However, during the off-season, if the number of participants is small, we may arrange smaller tour vehicles.

7. Can solo travelers specify their roommate?

We will randomly arrange same-gender roommates and cannot accommodate specific roommate requests or other special conditions.

8. Can minors join the tour alone?

We apologize, but minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to join the tour. We cannot accept bookings for unaccompanied minors.

9. Can I join mid-tour or leave early?

If you need to join mid-tour or leave early, you will still be required to pay the full tour fee (except for multi-city circular tours). Please confirm the feasibility with customer service before booking.

10. How are lunch and dinner handled?

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. These are usually arranged at attractions, along the way, or at hotels. You can ask your tour guide for recommendations on dining places and advice.

11. Are there any baggage restrictions?

Each traveler may carry one piece of luggage not exceeding 23kg and with dimensions (length + width + height) not exceeding 158cm, plus a small personal bag. For special needs, please contact customer service.

12. Do hotel rooms provide kettles and hair dryers?

Most hotels provide hair dryers and kettles. If you need to use them daily, it is recommended to bring your own.

13. Do hotels provide disposable toiletries and slippers?

To protect the environment, hotels generally do not provide disposable toiletries and slippers. Please bring your own personal toiletries and slippers.

14. Can I smoke in the hotel room or on the coach?

By law, smoking is prohibited in public places, including hotel rooms and inside the coach. Please comply with regulations and strictly refrain from smoking in hotel rooms or on the coach. If caught, you may face hefty fines or prosecution.

15. Can I use my own electric cooker in the hotel room for cooking?

Please absolutely do not cook in hotel rooms. The heat and smoke will trigger smoke alarms and sprinkler systems, leading to an emergency evacuation of all occupants by the hotel. This could cause you unnecessary financial loss.

16. Can the travel agency purchase personal travel insurance for me?

We cannot purchase personal travel insurance on your behalf. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase suitable personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure, and fill in your personal information correctly, to ensure a safe and worry-free trip.

17. Can credit cards be used during the trip?

Most merchants accept international credit cards. UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other payment methods are not common in Europe. It is recommended to carry an international credit card and also have a small amount of Euro cash for tips, tickets, or personal use. For your safety, please do not carry large amounts of cash.

18. Does this tour involve mandatory shopping?

In the UK and Europe, forced shopping tours are illegal. We offer pure leisure tours with no mandatory shopping arrangements, so you can fully enjoy every moment of your trip.
