Booking process

3. Complete payment

International credit cards (Amex not accepted for now) and WeChat Pay are supported.

4. Customer service contact

Within 1 working day after successful payment, our customer service will contact you proactively to confirm itinerary details and any tickets that need to be booked on your behalf.

5. Establish service group

2-3 days before the departure date, your customer service and service staff will set up a service WeChat group or WhatsApp group to facilitate timely communication and assist with a smooth trip.

Cancellation Terms

- 31 days or more before departure: a £20 administration fee will be deducted, and the rest will be refunded.

- 16-30 days before departure: 35% of the tour fee will be charged, and the deposit will not be refunded.

- Within 15 days before departure: 100% of the tour fee will be deducted.

| Cancellations due to weather, flight changes, personal reasons, etc., will be subject to the cancellation terms above. We strongly recommend that you purchase personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure to protect your rights.

Upon arrival in Frankfurt, you will be met by a Chinese-speaking driver-guide at the airport, commencing your in-depth tour of Germany and the Netherlands.   • Two adults can bring one child who does not occupy a bed. Children must be between 2-11 years old. If over 11 years old, a bed must be occupied and the price will be the same as an adult. If one adult brings one child, the child cannot choose not to occupy a bed, nor can they choose to share a room. They will need to pay for two adults and stay in a single room. If two adults bring two children, they will be charged as four adults and stay in two rooms.
  • Single room supplement: £50 per room per night
  • Upgrade to a 4-star standard hotel: additional £45 per person per night (single room supplement £60 per night)
  • Upgrade to a 5-star standard hotel: additional £125 per person per night (single room supplement £105 per night)
  • Continental breakfast includes coffee, tea, juice, bread, and jam.
  • It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure point at least 30 minutes in advance. The bus doors will close 15 minutes before departure. All tours will depart on time. If a tourist does not show up on time, the tour will be treated as a “NO SHOW” and no rescheduling or refunds will be processed.
  • In case of major local events, attractions being closed, or other force majeure leading to changes in the itinerary or inability to enter attractions, adjustments may be made or attractions may be viewed from the outside. The final arrangements for the day will prevail.
  • The sightseeing order for the day will be subject to the tour guide's arrangements.
