Acceptance scope:
1. Have a UK residence permit (BRP card)
2. The validity period of the UK visa is more than three months after the end of the trip
3. The passport is valid for more than three months after the end of the trip
4. Depending on the type of UK visa, you need to provide corresponding certificates (for example, a T4 student visa requires a certificate of enrollment issued by the school, and a T2 work visa/T5 internship visa requires a certificate of employment issued by the employer)
Note: The three-month validity period needs to be calculated from the date when the visa application is completed.
- Scenario 1: The validity period of the UK visa is 31/10/2019, the travel start date is 25/07/2019, and the travel end date is 01/08/2019. In this case, it is not possible to apply for a Schengen visa;
- Scenario 2: The validity period of the UK visa is 31/10/2019, the travel start date is 25/07/2019, and the travel end date is 31/07/2019. In this case, you can apply for a Schengen visa.
Trial time:
According to the visa center's official website and our experience, the review time for most visas is 1-3 weeks. Some visas can be issued within 1 week. However, the issuance time depends entirely on the visa officer, and travel agencies and visa centers cannot intervene. Therefore, it is recommended that you reserve as much time as possible to apply for a visa. Generally, you can make an appointment for a more suitable visa submission time 2-3 months in advance .

- Instructions for refund and change upon visa rejection: Since visa review is entirely determined by the visa officer of the embassy, travel agencies and visa centers cannot interfere with the formal visa review process. Therefore, the application fees, service fees, transportation fees and other expenses incurred during the visa application process are all borne by the customer and cannot be refunded after visa rejection.
- According to the requirements of the Schengen visa application, applicants need to collect fingerprint information on the day of application, so they need to go to the embassy in person to submit the visa.
-
According to the Schengen visa rules, if you have only one country of destination, you should make an appointment to apply for a visa for that country; if you plan to visit two or more countries, you need to make an appointment to apply for a visa for the country where you will mainly stay during your trip, that is, apply for a visa for the country where you will spend the longest time. Please note that there is no such thing as the first country of entry in the Schengen visa application. If the country of application is only the first country of entry in your trip, but not the main country of stay, it does not meet the application requirements.
-
Basic materials for Schengen visa application: appointment letter, application form, passport, BRP, two 3.5*4.5cm photos, proof of enrollment/employment, bank flow, hotel certificate, transportation certificate, travel insurance, travel plan (required for some Schengen countries). It is best to book round-trip tickets and provide proof before making an appointment.
- The UK Standard Visitor Visa (commonly known as a "travel visa" or "visit visa") is usually only issued for 6 months or less, so this visa cannot be used to apply for a Danish/Swedish/Finnish/Norwegian visa in the UK. If you want to apply for one, you must apply from China.
