3. Complete Payment

International credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) and WeChat Pay are supported.

4. Obtain Group E-ticket

After successful payment, an e-ticket will be sent to your email within 1 working day. You can use this ticket to meet at the designated location.

5. Establish a Service Group

1 day before departure, your customer service and staff will create a WeChat service group to communicate and assist with your smooth trip. Whether the group tour is confirmed will be announced the night before.

  • Cancellations or changes must be notified 24 hours in advance. No refunds or changes will be accepted within 24 hours.
  • The date selected during booking is the exact tour date. Please arrive on time according to the schedule on your confirmation.
  • After successful booking and payment, we will process your order within 1 business day. The e-ticket will be sent directly to your email after the booking is confirmed.
  • The minimum number of participants for a group tour with a guide is 5 people. The morning session meets at 10:00 AM and the afternoon session at 2:00 PM. You will be notified the evening before if the group tour is confirmed.
  • A WeChat group will be created the night before your trip for communication.
