｜How to order?
Select the product, travel date and quantity directly on the website, and pay with an international credit card or Paypal. After completing the payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email. Please bring the confirmation email printout to check-in on the travel date.
You can place an order by phone, email, or visit our office. Contact information is on the home page .
｜How long in advance do I need to book my trip?
Most travel products can be booked up to 1 day before departure. Usually most products will be sold out 2 weeks in advance. Products from April to October will sell out faster, so it is recommended to book as early as possible.
｜What is secondary confirmation?
Our products are sold simultaneously on different channels and platforms, so we need to conduct a second group check based on the departure time and number of people you ordered. We will confirm as soon as possible (within 1-3 working days) and send the final group notification by email after confirmation. If the order cannot be confirmed, the fee you paid will be refunded within 3-5 working days.
｜What is 1 person per trip?
1-person trip is a guaranteed trip product, and there is no need to meet the minimum number of people. As long as you book and receive the second confirmation and final group notification, we will guarantee that your group will depart on the same day.
｜Is there an age limit?
Each product will clearly indicate the minimum age of children, which varies from product to product. We do not set an upper age limit, as long as you are healthy and have good mobility, you can join our tour. If you are over 70 years old, we recommend that you be accompanied by an adult under 60 years old, and indicate your age when registering so that we can provide better service.
｜What are the requirements for children's reservations?
Children under 16 years old need to be accompanied by an adult. For 2-day tours or more with accommodation, one adult can bring up to 2 children, and at least one adult is required to stay in each room. Children under 1.35 meters in height, please note when registering, and we will prepare a child seat.
｜How are ticket prices differentiated?
- Ticket prices are divided into two categories: adult tickets and tickets for children aged 16 years and above; children's tickets: depending on the product, some products are for children aged 5-15 years old (inclusive), and some products are for children aged 3-15 years old (inclusive). For specific prices, please refer to the pricing of each product.
- Ticket prices are divided into off-season and peak season. The peak season for most products is from April to October and from November to March of the following year. A small number of products may have a peak season that lasts until November. The specific price of each product is determined by the product.

｜What does the ticket price include?
The fare of each product includes different items. Please refer to the fee description of each product for details.
｜Do I need to buy travel insurance?
Our product prices do not include insurance. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance before your trip.
｜If I travel alone, can I book a double room and share it with other guests?
To ensure privacy, guests travelling alone can only book a single room. To book a double room, two people are required, such as two adults or one adult and one child. We do not provide room sharing service with other guests.
